THIS FOODS YOU SHOULD NEVER COMBINE WITH TEA



1)Lemon juice
Do not consume lemon juice immediately before or after drinking tea it may cause bloating.


2)Fruits
If you are a morning tea person and also follow a fruit diet for breakfast make sure to keep a significant gap between both.


3)Turmeric
Never consume haldi with tea as curcumins and tannins present in these can seriously upset the stomach.


4)Curd
Anything prepared from curd or yogurt should be avoided along with or closest to tea.


5)Iron rich vegetables
Eating iron rich vegetables along with tea limits the iron absorption in the body. So, the health benefits of the vegetables are lost when they are consumed with tea.


6)Besan foods
Chai-pakoda is an amazing food combination, but consuming these on a regular basis can disturb the gut microbiome.


7)Frozen food
It is not advisable to pair cold frozen foods with a hot cup of tea!


8)Paratha
We may have lived our life eating chai with paratha, but in some people this may interfere with digestion and cause bloating.
